Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via tracked, signed-for delivery.

Pre-order items
Pre-order pieces (LYRA 01, SOLYX 01) ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.

Lost or delayed parcels
